We have a safe and dependable storage solution for collectors of art. From a single item to a complete collection,
you can safely store your artwork. We can offer you professional and knowledgeable staff, a safe and confidential
environment, a thorough electronic and structural security system, controlled temperature and constant on-site presence.

On Arrival your art work will be properly catalogued,digitally photographed [with a copy to the client] and wrapped
for safety and confidentiality.

Your Costs are based on a rate of $10.00 per cubic foot per month.

For larger collections volume rates are available.

INFORMATION ON APPRAISALS

Written appraisals can be prepared for insurance, probate, family division or other purposes. Appraisal fees vary according to circumstance so please contact the office regarding particulars. A partial rebate of our fee will be made on appraised property subsequently accepted by us for sale.

The following information is normally required for any appraisal:

Media: ________________ [oil watercolour etc. and support, paper, canvas etc.]

Size: _________________ [the image or canvas size and let me know what unit of measurement you are using]

Marks: ________________ [signed, titled, dated etc.]

Condition: _____________ [scratches, fading etc.]

Provenance: ____________ [where did you get it from, are there labels on the back etc.]

The more information you can provide for an appraisal, the less time and hence costs it is to do one.
